我們是一群紮根於雲南山野的「風味翻譯者」。團隊中,微生物學家、食品工程師與三代採菌人並肩工作,共同解讀森林的味覺密碼。我們深知,真正的鮮味源自於對自然節律的敬畏——因此,我們只遵循松茸五年的生長週期、牛肝菌的雷雨時鐘,以可持續的方式採集山林饋贈。
在現代化的潔淨工廠裡,我們以科技延續自然智慧。透過精準控制的低溫慢萃與炒製工藝,我們讓菌菇中天然的鳥苷酸與谷氨酸得以完整保留、和諧交融,拒絕任何化學添加。每一批產品都可追溯至具體的村落與海拔,這是我們對風土與品質的鄭重承諾。

We are a group of “flavor translators” rooted in the mountains of Yunnan. Our team includes microbiologists, food engineers, and third-generation mushroom foragers working side-by-side to decipher the taste secrets of the forest. We understand that true deliciousness comes from respecting the rhythms of nature – therefore, we only follow the five-year growth cycle of matsutake mushrooms and the thunderstorm-triggered growth of porcini mushrooms, sustainably harvesting the gifts of the mountains.

our modern, clean factory, we use technology to extend nature’s wisdom. Through precisely controlled low-temperature extraction and stir-frying processes, we ensure that the natural guanylic acid and glutamic acid in the mushrooms are fully preserved and harmoniously blended, without any chemical additives. Every batch of our product is traceable to a specific village and altitude – a solemn commitment to terroir and quality.
